HOMEMADE SAUSAGE AND BELL PEPPER PIZZA

This pizza is about to be your new best friend! It's quite easy to make and takes just under 20 mins to cook. You can use whatever toppings you have at hand and as much of the toppings as you would like.I had sausages and bell peppers so that is what I went with.I made the sauce from scratch but store bought pizza sauce will work as well.

The pizza dough makes upto 12 mini pizzas or 2 medium pizzas.I used instant active dry yeast and gave the dough abit of time to rise.Make sure to check the expiration date on the yeast packet.Expired yeast may not work. When added to warm water and abit of sugar the mixture should foam after a few minutes if it does not then you have to start the entire process again with active yeast. All toppings that need more time cooking should be cooked before hand.
