HOW TO MAKE THIS THE PERFECT BUN
1.The bun should be sturdy enough to hold the juicy burger this can be achieved by using high_gluten flour.This gives the bun the chewy feel.
2.Shaping the dough into a nice ball will give your very much needed burger vibes.Nobody wants a deformed bun with their burger😉
3.Greasing the top of the bun with egg-wash to give a shine and the sesame seeds just for a touch of class and nuttyy vibes.What can we do without aesthetics?

What can be used in place of all all purpose flour?
Bread flour is my number one choice for a replacement since it contains a higher gluten content as compared to all purpose flour thus giving the bun better structure.
Sweet potato flour and whole wheat flour are also healthier replacements.
Can I use milk instead of water?
Absolutely!Milk will give the bun a richer taste.However, ensure the milk/water is warm not too hot or too cold.
